Shipping and costs
Racket Room ships to Italy and other European destinations enabled at checkout.
The following rates apply to all enabled destinations:
- Free shipping on orders of €75 or more.
- Shipping costs €10 for orders below €75.
The free shipping threshold is calculated on the total value of the products after any discounts, excluding shipping costs.
Order preparation
Orders for available products are normally prepared on the same day or by the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders are also prepared on Saturdays. Orders received on Mondays are normally prepared for shipment on Tuesday morning, except on public holidays.
Parcels are handed over to the carrier according to the operating hours and days of the service used. Preparing an order on Saturday does not necessarily mean that the parcel will be dispatched on the same day.
Transit times are in addition to preparation times and vary according to the destination and shipping service used.
