Returns for online purchases
If you purchase as a consumer, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, including for products on promotion. For an order delivered in separate shipments, this period begins when you receive the last item.
Email info@racketroom.it with your order number and the items you wish to return, or send another clear statement of withdrawal using our contact details. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Return costs and address
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Arrange shipping with a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt.

You may also return the product directly to our store at the same address, with no shipping costs. Bring your order number or proof of purchase.
Product condition
Return the product with the accessories you received and suitable packaging, preferably the original packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically exclude your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund any standard delivery charge paid, but not the additional cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by you. You remain responsible for return shipping costs. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
Contact us at info@racketroom.it with your order details and a description of the problem, including photographs if possible. Racket Room covers the necessary costs of resolving a lack of conformity or an error on our part. Your rights under the statutory guarantee remain unaffected and are not limited by the 14-day withdrawal period.
